Background
The contract proposal related to Tacis 99 Programme, based on the GT-TOR was presented to the EC, as requested on the month of April 2001, however a revision 1 had to be developed taking into account the comments given by the EC and it was submitted on November 30th, 2001. On March 25th, 2002 Contract 02-0023 between DTN and European Commission was signed including the new GT-TOR version dated on May 18th 2001.
Objectives
The activities to be performed under the scope of the operational assistance to support to Plant Staff on subjects related to safety practices were described in detail in the ST-TOR 0 of the contract.
The general operational assistance to SU NPP should cover, under the provisions of this contract:
- All the assistance required by Plant in any issue related daily NPP operation.
- Backlog of previous specific Tacis Programme.
- Job experience interchange.
- Identification of specific operational support activities for future Programme.
- Operational assistance activities.
- Quality assurance activities.
On this regard, the following activities should be specifically carried out:
- General coordination.
- Follow-up of backlog form specific projects.
- Operational assistance activities.
- Quality assurance activities.
Identification of specific operational support activities for future Programmes.
Results
The activities performed under the scope of the Operational Assistance to support to Plant Staff on subjects related to safety practices were carried out in agreement with the description contained in the ST-TOR 0 of the contract.
