Objectives

The European Commission organised a press trip to Kiev and Chernobyl NPP from 22-25 February 2011. Twenty five journalists participated in the visit and reported on the existing situation at Chernobyl NPP 25 years after the accident on 26 April 1986.
A press-pack was prepared for the participants ahead of the visit (see attached document).

Results

The visit took place as scheduled from 22-25 February 2011.
