Background

The purpose of this contract is to provide the end-user with the necessary assistance and technical expertise to perform the hot commissioning tests of Lots 1 and 2 of the ICSRM, assist in drafting the relevant safety analysis report and in revising (finalising) the safety report that has already been prepared for Lot 0. The assistance to be provided in the performance of the hot commissioning tests shall mainly consist of the supervision of the execution of the test programme. In providing the intended assistance, the consultant will take care of transferring the relevant expertise and best practice to the end-user and advise on the procedures to be followed for the operation of the facility and, if applicable, recommended additional training of the end-user's staff.
