Organisation of meetings under the Instrument for Nuclear Safety

In the framework of the INSC Programme (Instrument for Nuclear Safety), conferences, workshops, seminars and meetings, mainly with representatives of the beneficiary or potential beneficiary countries, are organised in Brussels as well as in the beneficiary countries. For these events, there are costs associated with the logistic organisation of the events as well as costs associated with the invitation of Beneficiary participants (travel and subsistence costs for each invited participant).

The objective of this contract was to cover the costs of organising up to 35 meetings in Brussels and in INSC Beneficiary countries for 1 to 3 participants.

The contract was implemented as specified. The actual list of meetings covered under the contract was communicated to the contractor during the contract implementation.
